I made a lot of progress yesterday on my book. Most of the progress was on a chapter dealing with a lot of hurt feelings from the way certain family members were treating me throughout many ordeals.
It was difficult working on the chapter because it brought back many unpleasant memories.
Tip of the Day: SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO LET GO OF THE HURT, IF YOU DON'T ONE MAY NEVER HEAL PROPERLY!
